The Well Condos is a a 3.1 million-square-foot, open and vibrant mixed-use community in downtown Toronto by Tridel, RioCan REIT, Allied Properties REIT, Diamond Corp, Woodbourne Canada Management, Inc., a bold reflection of Toronto’s energy and diversity. Thermal Energy System
