Residents will also have access to outdoor amenities, including al fresco dining on a terrace with landscaping designed by Scott Torrance of Forrec. At ground level between the three towers is another prominent outdoor space, a central park of more than 27,000 ft².

A number of smart features that Tridel has introduced in recent projects will be returning at Chateau. These include smartphone-enabled access to amenities, a digital locking system for suite entry doors, an automated license plate recognition system to manage access into the parking garage. Expect also package delivery lockers, “Smart Suite” wall pads and a mobile app that allow residents and security to monitor selected building access points.
