Greater Toronto Area (GTA) condominium apartment sales were lower in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to Q4 2024. Active condo listings at the end of the fourth quarter were up over the same period of time. With sales down and listings up on a year-over-year basis, condo buyers continued to benefit from ample choice and negotiating power onprice.
