Building features

Studio Gang’s first project in Canada, One Delisle is a new residential tower that considers how to sustainably grow cities featuring a rhythmic exterior and panoramic views, One Delisle will rise from a rectangular retail podium and transform into a 16-sided circular tower composed of outdoor spaces and an angled form that provides shading from the elements.

Its distinctive facade comprises a series of eight-story elements, which nest together as they spiral up the building. Balconies are set within these elements, with generous terraces set atop them. Leaning outward for sun-shading and wind protection, they permit use of the balconies and terraces well into the shoulder seasons.
